Every Sunday, Orsolina28 offers experiences dedicated to physical and mental improvement, with a series of sessions designed to help you get to know your body, tone your muscles, work on flexibility and mobility, and find a balance between body and mind.
The day begins with outdoor training (moved indoors in case of bad weather) to stimulate all muscles and improve physical fitness in contact with the nature of Monferrato.
Participants will then move to the studio for a targeted practice dedicated to the hips, an area where physical tension and emotional blocks often accumulate. Through mindful movements, specific postures and deep breathing, we’ll work to create mobility, stability and release in the pelvic area. This sequence encourages openness, improves posture, and provides a sense of lightness and freedom of movement.
The activities are suitable for all levels, with accessible variations for individual needs.
Make it a special weekend: on Saturday evening, enjoy our concert Sonorities of Late Romanticism and stay overnight in our Glamping to complete your experience.
